Based on the call for EOIs that was issued earlier this year, we can confirm that there is sufficient interest for the club to to go ahead and enter this event. We are now seeking firm RSVPs from members. Please RSVP to this event to confirm your attendance or not.

RSVPs will close 25 April 2025 so that the crew entries can be confirmed and therefore entries made before the Early Bird cut off.

The XX Australian Masters Games will be held in Canberra from 18-25 October 2025. The Games includes Dragon Boat, which is scheduled over three days: Saturday 18 October 2025 to Monday 20 October 2025.

Racing opportunities exist across Opens, Mixed and Women's categories over 200 m and 1000 m (turn race).

Age requirements are as follows:

• Age determined at 31 December 2025
• Minimum age 40 years
• Drummers do not need to meet age category eligibility
• For a twenties crew, where a team has 18 or less paddlers in a particular age division, they can include on their crew list up to two younger crew members (paddlers, sweep and/or drummer) with a dispensation.
• For a tens crew, where a team has 8 or less paddlers in a particular age division, they can include on their crew list up to one younger crew member (paddler, sweep and/or drummer) with a dispensation.
• Dispensations will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
